President's Corner

Welcome to another year for SWE.  We have some familiar faces on our executive board as well few new ones.  Below is the contact information for our new officers and membership coordinator.

            - President: Gail Dyer

- Vice President: Snowflake Kicovic

- Secretary: Nicole Cleary

- Treasurer: Michelle Peters

- Membership Coordinator: Dorothy Congdon

There are many exciting things going on this year and I hope you will all take time to be a part of at least some of them.   Our annual golf tournament planning is getting underway in the next couple weeks.  If you are interested in being involved in any way (plan the event, sponsor a team, hole sponsorship, etc), let Laura Mechalke know at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

I will be sending out a meeting request soon for our upcoming Kickoff Membership meeting on August 10th so keep an eye out for that.  It will be a great chance to meet the new officers, and engage some of the new hires and interns we have.  I also want to present some of the goals and events we have planned for the year as well.  Please RSVP to the meeting so we can order food and ensure everyone has access to the building.

If you have not renewed your membership for this year, now is the perfect time to do so to ensure you get the full benefits of your membership.  If you are not yet an official paid member, I would encourage you to join and gain access to many additional benefits.  Dorothy and I can answer any questions you may have regarding membership.

If you ever have any questions, comments or suggestions, send them my way.  I am always open to any feedback you may have.

I am looking forward to a great year!

Gail Dyer
